In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Duties

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive experience.
• Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
• Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date client records.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for sales and promote additional services or products when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly.
• Bilingual candidates are highly desirable; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Familiarity with client services and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in data entry and using office software.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills.

Pay: $54,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
