Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate, motivated individuals to join our team of Full-Time Day Shift and Full-Time Night Shift State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs). As an STNA at Covington Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents. Your dedication and expertise will help us deliver exceptional care and services to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with activities of daily living, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents

• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues

Requirements

• 1 year of STNA experience (preferred)

• Ability to relocate to East Palestine, OH before starting work

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Current STNA certification
