Static Graphic Designer-Project Based

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Static Graphic Designer to join Design Team for one of our clients . The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual assets across digital and offline channels, supporting marketing campaigns, CRM communications, product promotions, and brand initiatives. The designer will play a key role in developing compelling creative concepts while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality visual assets for Paid Social, In-App Ads, SEM campaigns, and Display Advertising.
  • Create creative assets for CRM campaigns, customer journeys, and lifecycle marketing communications.
  • Design email creatives and marketing newsletters.
  • Develop print and offline branding materials including posters, flyers, brochures, merchandise, wall branding, fleet branding, and in-store assets.
  • Support major seasonal campaigns such as Ramadan, Eid, and other marketing activations through key visual development and toolkit creation.
  • Create product and in-app assets including banners, collection visuals, floating ads, OTP banners, and promotional creatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, CRM, Product, and Commercial teams to deliver impactful creative solutions.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging creative technologies.


Additional Preferred Responsibility

  • Ability to code responsive HTML email templates and adapt email creatives for CRM campaigns.


Qualifications

Junior Level

  • 1–3 years of graphic design experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print design capabilities.


Senior Level

  • 3-7+ years of graphic design experience.
  • Proven experience leading creative projects and campaign visual development.


Technical Skills

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Figma.
  • Understanding of digital advertising formats and platform requirements.
  • Knowledge of HTML email coding is highly preferred.
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles is a plus.
