Job Objective:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Station Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our fuel station. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain high service standards, and ensure full compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in fuel stations, retail, or similar operational roles
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred
• Strong understanding of station operations, including fuel handling, safety procedures, and customer service
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to handle operational challenges and make quick decisions
• Basic knowledge of reporting and administrative tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily fuel station operations and ensure efficiency
• Manage staff schedules, performance, and overall team productivity
• Monitor fuel levels, sales, and inventory
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure proper equipment functionality
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station
