The UCLA Center for Health Policy Research is a pioneering institution dedicated to democratizing health data and advancing health equity. Through initiatives like the California Health Interview Survey (CHIS) and the Health Economics and Evaluation Research (HEER) Program, we provide accessible data to policymakers, advocates, and the public. Our work focuses on understanding social drivers of health, revealing health inequities, and dismantling systemic barriers to achieve health justice. With a commitment to data equity and inclusive research, we empower communities and drive lasting change. Join us in building a healthcare system that leaves no one behind.
