Job Description: Statistics Lecturer (2–3 Years Experience)

About the Role

The institution is seeking passionate and dedicated Statistics Lecturers with 2–3 years of teaching experience to support academic delivery across multiple campuses. The ideal candidate can simplify complex concepts, engage students effectively, and contribute to a strong learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach PUC-level Statistics as per the prescribed curriculum.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality classroom instruction.
• Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessments that support student learning.
• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Support academic initiatives, examinations, and departmental activities.
• Maintain a positive, student-centered learning environment.
• Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement programs.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in Statistics or a related discipline (M.Sc. preferred).
• 2–3 years of teaching experience at PU/UG level.
• Strong command over subject fundamentals and pedagogy.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students.
