STEAM Instructor

Job Description:

The STEAM Instructor will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons with a strong focus on robotics, electronics, coding, and project based learning. the role requires leading both CEP (Continuous Enrichment Program) and ASP (After School Program) sessions, mentoring students in competitions and exhibitions, and fostering creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving. The instructor will also manage lab operations, maintain equipment, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Familiarity with drones, electric vehicles, and digital fabrication tools such as 3D printers, CNC and laser cutters is considered an advantage; however willingness to learn and undergo professional grooming in these areas is essential. Collaboration with the STEAM team to innovate and improve teaching practices is a key part of this role.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Science, Engineering, or Education with specialization in Mechatronics, Robotics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching or training experience in STEM/ STEAM required.
• Strong expertise in micro-controllers, electronics, robotics, and coding essential.
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and project-based learning facilitation skills are mandatory.
