Steel Erector

We are looking for experienced Structural Steel Erectors to join our team. The role involves assembling, fitting, and erecting structural steel components on-site as per drawings and safety standards. Candidates should have hands-on experience in structural steel erection, working at heights, and using lifting/rigging equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Erect and assemble structural steel frames, beams, columns, and trusses on construction sites.
• Read and interpret erection drawings and assembly instructions.
• Perform bolting, fitting, and alignment of steel members.
• Work with crane operators, riggers, and welders to ensure safe lifting and positioning.
• Use power tools, torque wrenches, and hand tools for installation.
• Carry out site measurements, alignment checks, and bolt tightening.
• Follow HSE requirements, including working at height and confined spaces.
• Report erection progress and site issues to Site Engineer / Supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Steel Erector / Structural Fitter.
• Strong knowledge of steel erection methods, safety practices, and rigging signals.
• Ability to read and understand erection drawings and GA drawings.
• Familiarity with bolted and welded connections.
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
