Full job description

We are seeking an experienced Steel Structural Foreman to supervise and manage on-site structural steel erection and fabrication activities. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in steel structures, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily structural steel erection and installation works
• Manage and coordinate steel workers, welders, and riggers
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Coordinate with site engineers, safety officers, and project managers
• Monitor productivity, manpower, and material usage
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Inspect completed works and resolve site issues
• Maintain daily work progress and manpower reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in structural steel works
• Strong knowledge of steel fabrication and erection
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with site safety standards

Salary: AED 2500-3500 depend on experience + Overtime + Accommodation + Transportation

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
