Job Title: “Steel Structure Fabricator”

Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Experience required: Minimum 10 Years

Industry: Construction / Steel Structure / Industrial Projects

Job Summary:

We are looking for highly skilled and experienced Steel Structure Fabricators (2 No’s) with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in structural steel fabrication works under construction field related to Industrial. Commercial and Infrastructural projects. The candidate must be capable of reading drawings, cutting, fitting assembling and welding steel structures as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Read and interpret structural drawings, fabrication drawings and blueprints accurately.

2.Fabricate structural steel components such as beams, columns, trusses, frames, staircases, platforms and supports.

3.Perform cutting, grinding, drilling and fitting of steel materials.

Assemble structural components/parts as per approved drawings.

Perform tack welding and assist welders during final welding process.

Ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring tools (vernier, measuring tape, spirit level and gauges etc).

Operate fabrication machinery such as cutting machines, drilling machines and grinders.

Follow safety procedures and company HSE guidelines at all times.

Coordinate with supervisors, engineers and QC inspectors.

Maintain productivity targets and quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience in steel structure fabrication.

Experience in steel structure projects.

Ability to read and understand structural/drawings independently.

Strong knowledge of MS (Mild Steel) fabrication.

Knowledge of welding processes (as such SMAW, MIG, TIG).

Good understanding of fabrication tolerances and alignment.

ITI / Technical Diploma in fabrication or welding preferred.

Gulf experience (will be an added advantage).

Required Skills:

Blueprint reading.

Structural assembly and alignment.

Measurement and marking techniques.

Knowledge of fabrication tools/machines.

ü Understanding of safety procedures in construction environment.

ü Ability to meet deadlines for successful handing over of projects.

Employment Terms:

Employment Type: Full-Time.

Contract Period: As per Law states.

Duty Hours: Standard (6 days in a week).

Overtime: Covered.

Salary (in SAR): 2000 to 2500 (based on experience).

Annual Leave: 60 Days in 2 Years with Air Ticket.

Iqama & Legal Charges: Provide by company.
