- Identify and develop new business opportunities in structural steel fabrication, PEB, heavy steel structures, industrial sheds, high-rise steel works, and commercial projects
- Generate leads through market research, contractor visits, consultant networking, and tender portals
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with estimation and engineering teams
- Study drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements before submission
- Attend client meetings, negotiate contracts, and close deals within defined timelines
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build strong relationships with EPC contractors, main contractors, developers, and project consultants
- Track project pipelines including upcoming tenders, awarded projects, and ongoing works
- Coordinate internally with production, planning, logistics, and site teams for project execution
- Follow up on payment applications, variations, and commercial approvals
- Maintain CRM records and submit weekly sales reports to management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or relevant discipline
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in steel fabrication sales (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of structural steel, erection works, welding standards, and fabrication processes
- Existing client database in Saudi Arabia is a strong advantage
- Experience in dealing with Aramco, SABIC, Royal Commission, or major contractors is preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Valid KSA driving license preferred
- Iqama transferable (if currently in KSA)
