Intergrande Real Estate Developments was established with the goal of executing projects that exemplify exceptional precision and meticulous attention to detail. We currently have several ongoing villa development projects in Nad Al Sheba Gardens Phase 1, in addition to villa’s and apartment buildings in Jebel Ali Hills, as well as labor accommodation in Al Warsan 2. Job Summary

A Steel Foreman supervises and coordinates workers involved in steel reinforcement, fabrication, and installation on construction sites. They ensure that steel works are completed safely, on schedule, and according to drawings and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise steel fixers, bar benders, and helpers on site.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity.
• Ensure workers follow method statements and safety procedures.
• Read and interpret structural drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and shop drawings.
• Plan daily steel fixing activities according to the construction schedule.
• Coordinate with site engineers, civil foremen, and supervisors.
• Ensure proper placement, spacing, cover, and tying of reinforcement bars.
• Check that steel installation complies with project specifications and standards.
• Report and correct any defects before concrete pouring.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
