Steel fixer/Carpenter/Mason/Helper

Overview

We are looking for skilled and hardworking site workers to join our construction team for ongoing civil and infrastructure projects. Candidates must be reliable, physically fit, and able to perform duties with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Mason

• Expertly prepare and achieve proper finishes for concrete works and pouring.
• Perform blockwork, plastering, concreting, and general masonry tasks.
• Ensure accurate alignment and finishing as per site requirements.

Shuttering Carpenter

• Install, adjust, and dismantle formwork for foundations, slabs, columns, and walls.
• Accurately interpret drawings and maintain precise measurements.
• Skillfully cut, shape, and assemble formwork for various shuttering requirements.

Steel Fixer

• Cut, bend, and fix reinforcement steel based on drawings and instructions.
• Prepare reinforcement for concreting with proper tying and spacing.
• Ensure correct bar spacing, concrete cover, and anchorage, adhering to all specifications.

Helper

• Assist skilled workers with material handling, mixing, cleaning, and other basic site tasks.
• Assist in concrete works like pouring, vibrating, and curing activities.
• Execute manual excavation, backfilling, compaction, and trench works.
• Maintain site cleanliness and support day-to-day activities.
• Load and unload materials from vehicles and shift materials to required work areas.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of UAE experience in construction.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.
• Physically strong and capable of handling site duties.
• Should be dependable, punctual, and able to work in outdoor conditions.
