Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and skilled Steel Fixer to join our construction team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for cutting, bending, tying, and installing steel reinforcement bars (rebar) in accordance with project drawings and specifications, ensuring quality and safety on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret construction drawings and reinforcement schedules.
• Cut, bend, and fix steel bars and mesh accurately as per project requirements.
• Tie rebar securely and ensure proper positioning for concrete structures.
• Collaborate with site engineers and supervisors to meet project timelines.
• Ensure all work is carried out following HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards.
• Inspect materials for quality and report any defects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Steel Fixer in construction or industrial projects.
• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil, Mechanical, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of reinforcement installation techniques and safety standards.
• Ability to read drawings and understand technical specifications.
• Physically fit and able to work under site conditions.
• Team player with good coordination and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Starting from SAR 2,000 (depending on experience)

• Overtime (OT): As applicable, based on project requirements
