Steel Foreman

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage steel fixers and helpers on site

Read and interpret structural drawings and bar bending schedules (BBS)

Ensure correct cutting, bending, placing, and fixing of reinforcement steel

Coordinate with site engineers, civil foremen, and subcontractors

Ensure work is completed as per approved shop drawings and method statements

Monitor productivity and allocate manpower efficiently

Ensure compliance with safety rules, quality standards, and site procedures

Check material availability and report shortages to the site engineer

Conduct daily toolbox talks and ensure proper use of PPE

Inspect completed steel work before concrete pouring

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 5–7 years experience as a Steel Foreman / Rebar Foreman

Strong knowledge of reinforcement works in buildings, villas, or infrastructure projects

Ability to read and understand structural drawings and BBS

Experience working in UAE / GCC projects is preferred

Good leadership and team management skills
