STEM Educator (Freshers Only)

About Us:

REAP (Reach Education Action Programme) is a social initiative working to empower children and youth from underprivileged communities through education, skills, and values. As part of our growing STEM and Skill Training programs, we are looking for a passionate STEM Trainer to join our team.

Role Overview:

The STEM Trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging Computer & STEM training sessions, mobilizing learners, supporting teachers, and ensuring effective learning outcomes. This role blends training delivery, curriculum development, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mobilize learners and support the establishment of training centers.
• Conduct STEM and computer training sessions for students, ensuring strong learning outcomes.
• Develop and adapt curriculum, training materials, and activities.
• Train and guide REAP teachers to follow up with learners.
• Counsel students and meet parents to encourage admissions, regular attendance, and reduce dropouts.
• Maintain records, monitor progress, and collect fees when required.
• Ensure the safe use and care of all training equipment and classroom assets.
• Strictly follow child safety and protection protocols.
• Facilitate donor and visitor interactions with professionalism.

Who We are Looking For:

• Graduate in Social Work / Education / Computer Science / STEM field.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Ability to teach English and basic computer skills along with STEM activities.
• Passion for teaching children and working with underserved communities.
• Experience in mobilization/community engagement will be an advantage.
