STEM Program Instructor - Augmented Reality

Important Note: This is an in-person job based in Roselle, NJ.

eCode Learning Center is seeking a part-time instructor to lead an Augmented Reality (AR) Virtual Museum program for teens. In this program, students will learn how to create digital and augmented reality experiences that will transform spaces into interactive exhibits visitors can explore by scanning posters and displays.

This role is ideal for college students, recent graduates, education majors, STEM majors, or aspiring educators who are interested in teaching technology and working with youth.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging hands-on STEM and technology activities
• Introduce students to Augmented Reality concepts and digital tools
• Guide students in creating AR content and interactive exhibits
• Support students throughout the project-based learning process
• Help ensure a positive and collaborative learning environment

Requirements

• Interest in technology, STEM, digital media, or AR/VR
• Comfortable working with middle school or high school students
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliable and organized
• Must be able to commute to Roselle, NJ

Preferred Background

• Education, Computer Science, Media, Design, or STEM-related field
• Experience working with youth, camps, tutoring, or afterschool programs
• Familiarity with creative technology tools or AR platforms is a plus
