Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Stenographer who can take dictation, transcribe audio/video content, and prepare accurate documents. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, and English, with strong typing and shorthand skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Take shorthand dictation in meetings or as assigned.
- Transcribe audio/video recordings into clear and error-free written documents.
- Prepare letters, reports, and official communication based on dictation.
- Maintain accurate records and confidential documents.
- Assist with data entry, documentation, and office coordination tasks.
- Ensure all transcripts and documents follow the required format and timelines.
- Provide administrative support whenever required.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Hindi, Punjabi, and English (reading, writing, and understanding).
- Proficiency in shorthand and fast typing (minimum 40–50 WPM).
- Excellent listening and comprehension skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good command of MS Word, Excel, and basic computer operations.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as a stenographer or transcriber (preferred but not compulsory).
- Familiarity with transcription tools/software is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
