STET Project Leader - Data Analytics

Your role:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data analysis from requirement gathering to delivery of insights.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Perform advanced data analysis using Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA, advanced formulas).
• Build and manage databases and queries using MS Access and SQL.
• Automate recurring reports and data workflows to improve efficiency.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reports and systems.
• Create meaningful KPIs, metrics, and scorecards for leadership review.
• Mentor junior analysts and review their work for quality and accuracy.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and presentations for senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence.
• Strong expertise in:
  • MS Excel (advanced formulas, Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA preferred)
  • Power BI (DAX, data modeling, dashboard design, publishing & sharing)
  • MS Access (tables, queries, forms, reports, automation)
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and transformation.
• Experience working with large datasets from multiple sources.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead analytics initiatives.

Preferred / Good to Have

• Experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.)
• Exposure to data automation using Power Automate or similar tools
• Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis
• Experience in business domains like finance, supply chain, sales, or operations

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science
• Master’s degree is a plus
