Steward

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Steward to join our dynamic team. The Steward plays a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen and service areas, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas

• Wash dishes, glassware, and cutlery using manual and automated methods

• Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, and storage areas

• Assist in waste disposal and recycling procedures

• Support chefs and service staff with basic kitchen tasks when required

• Follow HACCP and Dubai Municipality hygiene standards

• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly

• Ensure proper storage and handling of cleaning chemicals

✅ Requirements

• Previous experience in stewarding or hospitality preferred

• Basic understanding of hygiene and safety practices

• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Team player with a positive attitude
