Steward

We are looking for a diligent and reliable Steward to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in our kitchen and dining areas. The Steward ensures that all kitchen equipment, utensils, and workspaces are clean, organized, and ready for daily operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen tools efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness in storage areas, refrigerators, and freezers.
• Assist kitchen staff in basic food preparation when needed.
• Dispose of waste properly and follow hygiene and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards in F&B operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and carry kitchen items as required.
• Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
