Job Overview
We are looking for hardworking and reliable Stewards to support kitchen and food & beverage operations by maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across all back-of-house areas. The role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting service teams.
Key Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, and cutlery

Operate dishwashing and pot-wash machines efficiently

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, stores, and BOH areas
-
Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times

Handle cleaning chemicals safely as per training and instructions
-
Assist chefs and service teams during operations when required

Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal

Report damaged equipment or maintenance issues to supervisors

Support inventory control of cleaning supplies

Comply with company policies, safety standards, and SOPs
Requirements & Qualifications

Previous experience as a Steward in a hotel or restaurant is preferred

Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and sanitation standards

Physically fit and able to stand for long hours

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Team player with a positive attitude

Basic English communication skills

Willingness to learn and follow instructions
