Steward (Luxury Hotel Industry)

We are seeking diligent and efficient Stewards to join a prestigious international hotel group in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in stewarding within a luxury hotel environment. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in food and beverage outlets, supporting kitchen operations, and ensuring a smooth service flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dishwashing, and service areas
• Wash, clean, and store all kitchen utensils, equipment, and crockery efficiently
• Assist in waste disposal and ensure adherence to health and safety standards
• Support the kitchen and service teams by ensuring timely supply of clean dishes, glassware, and cutlery
• Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas as required
• Assist in stock management and report shortages or damages to supervisors
• Follow all hygiene, health, and safety regulations strictly
• Support event setups and breakdowns as required
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive working environment

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a steward in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment
• Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and sanitation practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Proficiency in English is preferred; other language skills are an advantage
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
