Key Responsibilities:-


  • Welcoming guests to the restaurant or dining area.
  • Listening to customers food and drink orders and ensuring accuracy.
  • Delivering food and drink orders to the correct tables in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engaging with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their meals.
  • Coordinating with the kitchen, bartenders, and other team members to ensure smooth service.
