We are seeking a Stewarding Supervisor who can take our kitchen brigade to new heights of cleanliness, efficiency, and awesomeness. If you have a knack for running a tight ship and an innate passion for working behind the scenes, then keep reading.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Lead a team of stewards and ensure exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the premises.
• Implement creative and efficient methods to handle the dishwashing process, equipment maintenance, and storage systems. Think outside the box!
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues related to cleanliness, breakages, or malfunctions. Your attention to detail will make all the difference!
• Provide guidance and training to new stewards, ensuring they become masters of cleanliness. Teach them the art of shining silverware and glistening glassware.
• Inspire and motivate the stewarding team with your positive energy and charm.
• Help them reach their full potential and create a harmonious work atmosphere.

What do we need from you?

• A genuine passion for cleanliness and an eye for detail.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role in a similar industry (hospitality, restaurant, hotel).
• Superb organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks without getting your apron in a twist.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• A creative mindset and willingness to generate new ideas.
• Strong problem-solving skills for those moments when the dishwasher rebels.
