Key Responsibilities


  • Leads and supervises an exceptional Stewarding Team, ensuring a seamless and exquisite Service Experience.
  • Coordinates and oversees the meticulous Cleaning, Sanitisation, and Maintenance of Kitchen Equipment, Utensils, and Food Preparation Areas.
  • Monitors and manages the inventory of Cleaning Supplies and Equipment, ensuring their Availability and Proper Usage in our bespoke kitchen environment.
  • Trains and Onboards new Stewards, instilling in them a comprehensive understanding of Hygiene Protocols, Safety Procedures, and the department's Stringent Guidelines.
  • Contributes to the Development and Implementation of First-In-Class Processes, elevating the efficiency and effectiveness of stewarding operations.
  • Proactively Handles and Resolves any stewarding-related issues or concerns, ensuring a bold and Next-Level approach to maintaining FIVE-Star Service.
  • Champions Sustainability Practices, leading initiatives for Waste Reduction and Environmental Stewardship within the Team.
  • Fosters a sense of camaraderie amongst FIVE Tribe Members, Energising and Motivating the Team to deliver industry-leading Stewarding Operations.
  • Generates and Maintains Reports highlighting the exquisite details of Departmental activities, including Equipment Maintenance, Supply Usage, and the Next-Level Performance of our FIVE Tribe.
  • Collaborates with other Departments to maintain an Efficient Workflow, fostering Effective Communication regarding Stewarding needs.
  • Celebrates the Stewarding Team's Contribution to FIVE and amplifies the excitement surrounding any Award-Winning Announcements.
