Stitching & Packing Supervisor - Towel

We are looking for Stitching Supervisor - Towel

Location: SITE Area - Rasheedabad

Education: Minimum Intermediate/DAE Textile.

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience .

Core Responsibilities:

• Supervise the stitching, grading and packing process based on received production plan.
• Supervise the grading process based on approved quality standards (A, B, C grades, etc).
• Ensure quality wise sorting of towel according to color, size, weaving, stitching, and finishing defects.
• Coordinate with the production team to address repeated quality issues.
• Maintain records of graded quantities, defects observed, and rejected items.
• Ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications.
• Comply with health, safety, and cleanliness standards in the grading area.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of terry towel manufacturing and defect identification
• Basic reporting and record-keeping ability
• Good communication and coordination skills
