Stock Assistant

THE OPPORTUNITY

Forget the cubicle. In this role, you are the engine of our inventory process. You’ll be the primary point of contact for our logistics partners and the person who ensures our stockroom stays in peak condition.

YOUR TYPICAL DAY

• DIRECT INTERACTION: Acting as our on-site professional to greet delivery drivers, vendors, and internal teams.
• INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: Using handheld scanners to check in new arrivals and verify quantities.
• SPACE ORGANIZATION: Arranging the stockroom for maximum efficiency and keeping the floor hazard-free.
• QUALITY CHECKS: Inspecting shipments for damage and ensuring our data matches the physical stock.
• ORDER SUPPORT: Helping the team find exactly what they need to get orders out the door fast.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• PROFESSIONAL PRESENCE: You’re friendly and clear when talking to vendors or teammates in person.
• PHYSICAL STAMINA: You’re comfortable standing for your shift and can lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• RELIABILITY: You have a "get it done" attitude and reliable transportation to our Austin location.
• ATTENTION TO DETAIL: You notice the small things that others might miss.
