Stock Assistant

Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional weekend shifts depending on delivery schedules

Are you someone who likes staying active, keeping things organized, and working as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly? We’re looking for a Stock Assistant to join our Dallas team and help manage incoming deliveries, organize inventory, and keep shelves and storage areas fully stocked.

In this role, you’ll play an important part in making sure products move quickly from deliveries to shelves so everything stays easy to find and ready for customers or staff when needed. Every shift brings a mix of tasks, giving you the chance to build organization, teamwork, and inventory management skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Unload and organize incoming deliveries
• Sort products and place them in the correct stockroom areas
• Restock shelves and displays when inventory runs low
• Rotate products so older stock is moved forward
• Keep storage areas clean, organized, and easy to navigate
• Assist with inventory checks and stock counts
• Work with teammates to ensure deliveries are processed efficiently

What a Typical Day Might Look Like

• Receiving a morning delivery and organizing products in the stockroom
• Restocking shelves before the busiest part of the day
• Helping a team member locate items that just arrived
• Straightening storage areas so products are easy to access
• Assisting with a quick inventory check to confirm stock levels

• Comfortable lifting boxes and moving products during a shift
