Gas Station Cashier / Assistant Manager

Pay: $15.15–$16 per hour (Cashier) (depending on experience)
Assistant Manager: $16.50–$17.75 per hour (depending on experience)

We are currently looking for dependable Cashiers and motivated Assistant Managers to join our team. In these roles, you will help create a positive customer experience while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store environment. Team members play an important role in keeping daily operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
• Answer questions and assist customers with purchases

Transaction Processing

• Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions
• Handle cash responsibly and provide receipts

Inventory & Merchandising

• Restock merchandise and maintain organized shelves
• Ensure products are displayed properly

Store Cleanliness

• Maintain a clean store, including the sales floor and restrooms
• Follow store cleaning procedures throughout the shift

Safety & Security

• Follow store safety procedures and report concerns to management
• Monitor store activity and ensure a safe environment

Teamwork

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Assistant Manager Additional Responsibilities

• Help supervise staff and assist with scheduling
• Support daily store operations and opening/closing procedures
• Assist with inventory management and store organization
• Help train new employees
• Ensure excellent customer service and smooth store operations

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Comfortable handling cash and interacting with customers
• Retail or management experience preferred for Assistant Manager roles
• Weekend availability preferred

Available Shifts

Morning: 6 AM – 2 PM
Afternoon: 2 PM – 10 PM
Overnight: 10 PM – 6 AM
