Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners and other inventory control tools
• Stock shelves efficiently, organize merchandise, and ensure proper placement for easy customer access
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely to move heavy items around the warehouse or store floor
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with warehouse organization to prevent stock discrepancies
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards through routine cleaning, maintenance, and merchandising tasks
• Assist customers with product location, provide friendly service, and support retail sales efforts
• Prepare merchandise for shipping and receiving, including packaging and labeling items accurately
• Support shipping & receiving processes by load & unload activities, ensuring timely stock replenishment

Experience

• Prior warehouse experience or retail stocking background preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and RF scanners is a plus
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout your shift
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock control and merchandising tasks
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages are advantageous; bilingual abilities are a plus
• Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks is desirable but not mandatory; training available for qualified applicants
• Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail math enhances your ability to succeed in this role

Pay: $21.90 - $26.37 per hour
