Job Description: Inventory & Stock Associate

Position Summary
The Inventory & Stock Associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise to ensure the sales floor is fully stocked, clean, and customer-ready at all times. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient inventory flow from the warehouse to the retail floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming merchandise shipments
• Accurately stock shelves, displays, and promotional areas
• Maintain proper product placement, labeling, and pricing
• Replenish merchandise from backroom/warehouse to sales floor as needed
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or discrepancies
• Keep stockroom and warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with inventory counts, audits, and restocking processes
• Coordinate with management to prioritize high-demand items
• Support store operations by assisting customers when needed

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move merchandise (up to 40–50 lbs)
• Comfortable standing, walking, and bending for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail or warehouse environment
• Basic communication skills and teamwork mindset
• Previous retail or stocking experience is a plus (not required)

Work Environment

• Combination of warehouse/backroom and retail floor
• May involve use of carts, pallet jacks, or basic equipment
• Fast-paced environment with frequent movement

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $11.00 - $12.50 per hour
