You will be responsible to ensure accurate control of automotive spare parts inventory through monitoring stock levels, conducting audits, and maintaining proper documentation in ERP/DMS systems. The Stock Controller supports the parts and warehouse teams by minimizing discrepancies, optimizing stock levels, and ensuring timely availability of critical parts.
Responsibilities:

Monitor stock levels, record transactions, and ensure all movements are accurately reflected in ERP/DMS systems.

Work closely with the parts warehouse, sales, and service teams to support timely availability of required parts.

Conduct daily cycle counts, monthly audits, and annual stock-taking; report discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

Assist in forecasting, reordering, and managing minimum/maximum stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.

Ensure proper documentation for receipts, issues, transfers, and returns while adhering to company policies and audit requirements.
Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, or any equivalent degree.

2 - 4 years experience in inventory or stock control (automotive field preferred).

Strong knowledge of ERP/DMS systems and Excel.

Attention to detail and high accuracy in data management.

Fluent in English verbal and written.
