Stock Controller

Responsibilities:

• Adherence to all quality, health & safety, information security, and business continuity policies.

• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability at all times.

• Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and physical inventory audits.

• Coordinate with suppliers to order, replenish, and follow up on stock deliveries.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock transactions in the system.

• Prepare and submit inventory reports to management as required.

• Work closely with production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.

• Inspect incoming materials for quality and compliance with specifications.

• Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of all materials.

• Comply with safety regulations and support cost-effective inventory management.

• Perform any other duties relevant to the role as assigned by the line manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in inventory or warehouse operations.

• Strong understanding of stock management processes and inventory systems.
