Stock Controller

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Stock Controller with strong ERP knowledge and 2–3 years of warehouse experience, preferably handling wood and metal materials. The ideal candidate will manage inventory accuracy, monitor stock movements, and ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels using ERP systems
• Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies
• Track incoming and outgoing materials, especially wood and metal items
• Coordinate with procurement, stores, and production teams
• Prepare stock reports and update ERP records promptly
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of materials
• Support warehouse organization and maintain safety standards

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years experience in warehouse or inventory control roles
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Odoo, or similar)
• Background in wood and metal materials is highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
