Key Responsibilities
1. Inventory Control & Stock Management
- Coordinate with the purchase department to ensure timely availability of products.
- Conduct regular stock checks and update the system to reconcile physical and system records.
- Perform daily/weekly stock reconciliations and report discrepancies.
- Record wastage immediately after receiving items and update the system accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
2. Procurement & Receiving
- Handle procurement as per order requirements in coordination with Purchase & Operations.
- Receive and verify items delivered against purchase orders and quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks on all incoming materials to ensure compliance with food safety and company requirements.
- Create Goods Received Notes (GRN) in the system accurately and on time.
3. Supplier Coordination & Documentation
- Issue return notes to suppliers for damaged, expired, or non-compliant materials.
- Submit invoices to the Accounts/Purchase team after verification.
- Maintain proper documentation related to receipts, returns, wastage, and stock updates.
4. Training & Reporting
- Train staff on proper sorting, storage, and handling procedures.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on stock movements, issues, wastage, and discrepancies.
- Highlight any recurring issues to management and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in stock and inventory management within the catering or food industry (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of food handling, storage standards, and inventory controls.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems / ERP.
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple departments.
- Basic knowledge of quality control and supplier coordination.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
