Stock Controller

Key Responsibilities

* Update and manage all stock in/out movements using the Odoo system.

* Monitor expiry dates and maintain accurate records for all products.

* Ensure the warehouse and stock areas are organized for efficient access and inventory checks.

* Safely handle and dispose of empty/used packaging materials and barrels.

* Track and optimize stock turnover to avoid overstocking or shortages.

* Identify and maintain minimum stock levels ("zero points") for raw materials, packaging items, and labels.

* Prepare forecasts for packaging materials (bottles, caps, cartons), labels, and raw materials based on production schedules and sales trends.

* Coordinate closely with the purchasing team to ensure timely replenishment of required materials.

* Provide regular stock and forecasting reports to management and finance.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in stock control, inventory management, or material planning—preferably in the chemicals or agrochemicals sector.

* Familiarity with Odoo or similar inventory/ERP systems.

* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

* Good organizational abilities and ability to manage multiple stock categories.

* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
