Stock Controller- Female (Jewelry Showroom)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Stock Controller (Female) to manage inventory operations for our jewelry showroom. The ideal candidate should ensure accurate stock management, proper documentation, and smooth coordination between sales and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of jewelry stock (gold, diamond, silver, etc.)
• Monitor daily stock movement (inward & outward)
• Perform regular stock audits and physical inventory checks
• Coordinate with sales team regarding stock availability
• Prepare stock reports for management
• Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and storage of jewelry items
• Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages immediately
• Maintain stock control system (Excel / POS system)
• Assist in receiving new shipments and verifying quantities

Requirements

• Female candidate
• Previous experience in jewelry showroom or retail stock handling preferred
• Strong knowledge of inventory management
• Good computer skills (MS Excel required)
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Salary - 3500

Must be locally available in Qatar
