Stone Fabricator

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Installer to join our dynamic team. A respectable stone Fabricator/ installer that has specialized in granite, quartz, and/or marble, etc. Come with a good attitude and ready to work. Compensation is negotiable and will be based on experience and ability to grow with the company.

Duties

• Operate and maintain fabrication equipment, including forklifts and Angel Grinder and Jr. Rail Saw.
• Read measurements/dimensions.
• Cut materials to specified dimensions using Jr. Rail Saw.
• Handle materials by loading and unloading for jobs and/or customers.
• Maintain equipment (ensure safety and keep up with the maintenance).
• Maintain a clean environment in the workshop and out in the yard.

Preferred Qualifications

• Must be comfortable to lift heavy stone (100+ pounds).
• Forklift operation not required, but a plus.
• Ability to work well with others and independently.
• Must be able to learn on the job and take initiative.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to multi-task while working safely.
• Must be comfortable using small hand tools.
• Must have basic mathematical + measurement skills.
• Must pay attention to detail and take pride in craftsmanship.
• Must apply with a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.

Hours are typically 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday with some exceptions depending on the workload, seasonal fluctuations, and project.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
