<Responsibilities>

• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute stonework and masonry projects.
• Cut, shape, and install natural and manufactured stones using hand tools and power tools with meticulous attention to detail.
• Construct and repair structures such as walls, facades, fireplaces, patios, walkways, and other hardscape features.
• Prepare surfaces by applying plastering or stucco as needed for restoration or finishing purposes.
• Install rebar reinforcement and perform concrete forming to ensure stability and durability of structures.
• Operate heavy equipment safely for lifting and positioning large stones or materials on-site.
• Collaborate with carpenters, roofers, plumbers, and other trades to ensure seamless integration of masonry work within broader construction efforts.

<Requirements>

• Proven experience in masonry or stone work on construction sites with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to masonry and concrete work.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools such as chisels, hammers, trowels, as well as power tools including saws and drills.
• Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and concrete forming processes.
• Ability to install rebar, metal stud framing, tile laying, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, and welding when required.
• Familiarity with heavy equipment operation relevant to stone placement and site preparation.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites to maintain a secure working environment.
