Store and Dispatch Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Store and Dispatch Executive to handle day-to-day store management and dispatch operations. The role involves managing stock records, planning dispatches, and ensuring timely delivery of materials for projects across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and record incoming materials and finished goods.
• Maintain stock registers and documentation in Excel.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute dispatches as per project timelines.
• Prepare delivery challans, packing lists.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and transport teams.
• Track dispatches and maintain proof of delivery (POD).
• Conduct regular stock verification and report discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in stores or dispatch (preferably in manufacturing).
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Good communication, coordination, and time management skills.
