The Store and Dispatch Incharge is responsible for overseeing inventory management, storage, and timely dispatch of goods. This role ensures proper stock control, accurate record-keeping, and smooth coordination between the store and dispatch operations to meet customer and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and issues of materials.
  • Plan, organize, and supervise daily store operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods.
  • Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward materials.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
  • Supervise packing, labeling, and loading of goods for dispatch.
  • Plan dispatch schedules to meet customer orders and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with logistics/transport teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Implement and maintain FIFO/FEFO systems for inventory control.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies in store and dispatch activities.
  • Train and guide store/dispatch staff for efficient operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
