Opening for store and dispatch officer with 4 years plus experience. Knowledge of any ERP is mandatory.
- Receiving & Inspection
- Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders.
- Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
- Inventory Management
- Organize and maintain stock in a clean, safe, and accessible manner.
- Track stock levels using inventory software and ensure timely updates.
- Implement stock rotation practices to prevent overstocking or shortages.
- Material Issuance
- Issue raw materials and components to production teams as per requisitions.
- Maintain accurate records of issued items and update inventory accordingly.
- • Order Processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders, coordinating with the production and packaging teams.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of finished goods and track dispatch levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Shipping Coordination: Organize the transportation of goods, ensuring on-time delivery to customers both locally and internationally.
- Documentation: Prepare and verify dispatch documents, including invoices, delivery notes, and shipping labels.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products dispatched meet the company’s quality standards and are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
- Customer Communication: Address customer inquiries related to dispatch and provide updates on the status of shipments.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate dispatch logs and reports for tracking, auditing, and future reference.
- Collaboration: Work closely with logistics, warehouse, and production teams to ensure seamless dispatch operations.
