Store Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Inventory & Store Assistant with strong knowledge of SAP and warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, handling incoming and outgoing materials, and ensuring proper documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and record-keeping of consumable materials in SAP.
  • Check and update inventory files of all warehouses through SAP.
  • Ensure proper stock control and conduct weekly and daily inventory checks.
  • Prepare monthly consumption reports and weekly stock summaries.
  • Handle the receiving, checking, picking, packing, and storing of incoming goods.
  • Maintain warehouse and record areas in a neat and organized manner.
  • Create and manage Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) in SAP.
  • Verify all received goods from suppliers against Purchase Orders (POs) and Invoices.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures during goods verification and documentation.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate stock and material records.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in inventory or warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency in SAP (Materials Management module preferred).
  • Strong data entry and reporting skills (Excel and SAP).
  • Basic knowledge of audit procedures related to stock control.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple warehouse locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • Prior experience in a construction, telecom, or industrial environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
