Store Assistant

Job Title: Store Assistant/Store Keeper

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Assistant (Immediate Joiner) to manage material receipt, issuance, and inventory documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming materials
• Issue materials to authorized production personnel
• Prepare inspection/rejection/partial delivery reports
• Verify invoices against received materials
• Process MRN in ERP system on time
• Post materials against approved Purchase Orders
• Coordinate with Quality, Purchase, and Accounts departments
• Monitor safety stock levels and conduct physical stock checks
• Issue material gate passes
• Maintain proper documentation system

Requirements:

• Experience in store/inventory management preferred
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Good coordination and documentation skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Bachelors Degree
• Immediate joiners preferred

Preference: Male candidates from Nepal, or SriLankan preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
