Position Overview:

The Storekeeper will be responsible for managing all construction materials, tools, and equipment at the project site. This includes receiving, issuing, and maintaining accurate records of materials to ensure smooth site operations. The role requires attention to detail, coordination with site engineers, and adherence to company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record all incoming construction materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Verify materials received against purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Organize and maintain materials at the site store in a systematic and safe manner.
  • Issue materials to site teams as per approved requisitions.
  • Maintain accurate daily stock registers and material issue logs.
  • Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile with system records.
  • Coordinate with the procurement and site teams regarding material requirements and shortages.
  • Monitor and control wastage of materials on site.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of construction materials.
  • Maintain records of tools, machinery, and equipment issued to workers or subcontractors.
  • Follow safety protocols and housekeeping standards in the store area.
  • Assist in internal and external inventory audits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
