Store Associate

If you are friendly, positive, and dependable – we want to talk to you! We are looking for an associate to work part time afternoons and Saturdays.

As a Customer Service Representative at Anton’s Cleaners - you will be the first person that customers meet when they enter the store. You will be responsible for keeping accounts up to date, answering questions, and ensuring a 5-star experience each visit.

Our customer service representatives are the face of Anton’s – providing a welcoming environment for our customers. In this role you will process dry cleaning orders, sign up new customers, explain new services, retrieve orders, tender payment, answer phones, and assist in other daily projects as assigned by the manager.

Skills Required:

• You have strong people skills – you are approachable, a good listener, and empathetic
• You have basic computer skills
• Ability to communicate well and adhere to company standards and policies

Preferred Skills (not required):

• Previous experience working in a customer service role
• Desire to learn about our processes and grow within the organization
