Job Title: Warehouse Operator

Location: [Um Al Thoob, UAQ]
Work Days: Saturday to Thursday
Standard Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Summer Timing: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM / 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and organized Warehouse Operator to take charge of overseeing daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth order fulfillment, maintain cleanliness, and manage labor and external logistics. This role is critical in ensuring timely delivery and efficient coordination with the store manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and operating efficiently at all times
• Oversee and coordinate order fulfillment to ensure all deliveries reach customers on schedule
• Manage warehouse staff and coordinate external duties such as pickups, drop-offs, or vendor interactions
• Work closely with the Store Manager to report daily operations, challenges, and progress
• Enforce safety and operational standards in the warehouse
• Maintain basic records related to inventory movement and order dispatch

Requirements:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or a similar supervisory role
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Punctuality and reliability are a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED2,300.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Odoo: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driving License (Preferred)
