Job Description

The Store Communications & Operations Specialist helps support clear, consistent, and engaging communication between the Rally House corporate office and store teams. This role creates and implements content that drives execution, ensures alignment with business priorities, and strengthens understanding of company initiatives across the field.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging daily and weekly communications for store teams through our digital communication platforms
  • Translate company priorities, product launches, and operational updates into clear, actionable content for retail teams
  • Analyze communication engagement and task completion data to improve message clarity and impact.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Buying, HR, etc.) to align messaging with business objectives
  • Maintain and enhance best practices, templates, and communication guides for store execution
  • Ensure that all communication delivered to field teams is timely, relevant, and aligned with the company’s overall communication strategy

Skills and Knowledge

A collaborative spirit and the confidence to take ownership of projects from start to finish, Effective time management and ability to manage multiple priorities, Excellent organization skills with the ability to plan and execute tasks efficiently, Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in store/field communications, retail operations, or a related field (retail experience strongly preferred); proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred; experience with Canva and/or NetSuite preferred.

Physical Requirements: Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment; able to clearly view and read information on a computer screen; occasionally lift or move items up to 15 pounds.

$55,000.00 - $70,000.00
