Pay Range: $22.51 to $33.77

Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

This position is responsible for scheduling Store Engineering drivers and loads coming out of the SE Warehouse. The SE Dispatcher is required to communicate with facets of Store Engineering to ensure all loads are scheduled and deadlines are met for getting equipment the project or store. The SE Dispatcher is responsible for the pulling of product in the warehouse for the driver, ensuring the driver has all paperwork needed for the project, communicating to the driver the scope of the project, and dispatching the driver in the correct vehicle for the project.

What will you do?

• Plan and schedule all day-to-day deliveries for Store Engineering. Plan all store Engineering drivers’ days and weeks to make sure all deadlines are met for projects.
• Answering incoming department calls and routes to appropriate staff.
• Maintain files of department so that update information is available for audit.
• Ensure all loads are pulled and staged for daily deliveries for stores.
• Ensure driver has all documentation for load for DOT.
• Communicate specifics and expectations of delivery to driver.
• Schedule and maintain training for drivers.
• Coordinate scheduling maintenance for tractors and deliver equipment.

• Transportation knowledge is a plus.

Work Schedule: Scheduled 40 hours per week.
